Richard Malczyk of RandDTax talks to Dr Guido Drago about their first R&D claim. Dr Drago is the co-founder and Director of Polygenyn Ltd which is based in Cardiff. Dr Drago has a background in Forensic Science and has worked for several years in a busy paternity testing laboratory in London and has obtained a PhD. in Genetics. In 2022, Polygenyn launched a number of new products and services including protein stabilisation services and agri-tech diagnostics. He co-founded this company with his wife Rachel, who is a qualified nurse, has been awarded the Queen’s Nurse Title and currently works as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner. She is a freelance Lecturer in Nursing and Honorary Lecturer at the University of Wales School of Medicine, Dept of Toxicology and Pharmacology.
