RandDTax respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy notice will inform you how we look after your personal data when you visit our website.
Simply put we only supply R&D Tax consultancy services and only use data for that purpose. We don’t share information with other companies, individuals, or entities. We hold your information in secure European data centres. The only circumstances in which we would breach privacy would be with your consent, for example website testimonials are only with consent, and also because we operate in the financial sector to meet legal obligations like for example our obligations under the Money Laundering regulations.
If you make a legitimate contact with us through this website seeking to discuss our services we will reply, hopefully sign you up to a contract, and help you enjoy the benefit of a successful R&D claim. If you decide not to go ahead with us we don’t use your data in any other way. If you sign a contract then the contract states what information is required to be held for an R&D claim, and data is only held and used for contractual reasons.
If you use our website contact forms to spam us we simply delete the email.
If you have any questions about our data policy, get in touch through the contact us page, including if we hold any information on you, and what it is. You can of course ask for it to be deleted. Enjoy the cookies
