Rondi Allan of RandDTax has a quick chat to Snir Benedek of Benedex Limited, about their R&D claim experience. Snir started this company in July 2019 and has an Aerospace Engineering background with 20 years’ experience across a range of businesses specialising in machine design, the last decade being involved mostly with robotics. Benedex has developed a patent pending flexible motion platform, which is usable off the shelf, from prototyping to serial manufacturing, that fits around any payload like a glove and does not constrain it the way a robotic vehicle would, yet affords it high performance and high reliability.
In September 2019, Benedex was accepted into the Bristol Robotics Laboratory (BRL) a joint venture between the University of Bristol and the University of the West of England(UWE). The BRL was founded in 2006 and is an internationally recognised Centre of Excellence in Robotics.
