Gaynor is very easy to work with and passionate about getting the best for your business. R&D tax credits provide you with immediate cash to develop your business further.
Having started her career as a chemist within the Forensic Science Service and led on a number of key R&D projects she is aware of the challenges and hidden costs associated with R&D. Having worked in roles such as Operations Manager with responsibility for over 100 across the country, National Account manager and Product Development Manager she was then asked to join the National Strategic Group to review the future of the business working with the Home Office and large consultancy groups. She was seconded to work with the Finance Director to build a skill and cost model and this was used by the Home Office to request future restructuring of the company. She then took a lead role within the restructuring process leading a team of experienced people to review a large number of key areas within the business including organisational design, customer, facilities, quality, R&D and management services. She was the link across the whole programme to ensure consistency of approach and this involved working closely with HR and the unions.
Having gained this experience across so many areas she then set up her own business to work with SMEs across a number of sectors, including manufacturing, to support them to be more effective and efficient and increase their profits. People and process are the two main areas that yield the greatest results and these are Gaynor’s key areas of development.
She is a member of the Institute of Enterprises and Entrepreneurs (MIOEE) and the Association of Business Mentors.
